Quotes and payments
A submitted order form is a request for a quote and does not create a sale. A purchase becomes active only after the customer accepts the final order details, agrees to the purchase terms and submits cleared payment through the private payment link
1
Product details and color
Product photos are representative. Screen settings, lighting and material batches may affect how colors appear. Final dimensions, color selections, logo placement and included accessories will be stated in the approved order details.
2
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they have permission to use. Production begins after any required design proof is approved. Approval confirms the spelling, artwork, color and placement shown on the proof.

Production Schedule
Production estimates begin after cleared payment and proof approval. Any customer-requested change may affect the cost or schedule. Approved changes must be documented before they are treated as part of the order.
4
The final quote will state the delivery address, shipping method and treatment of duties or customs charges. Transit and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, ports, customs, weather or access at the delivery location.
5
Shipping & Delivery
Receiving and Inspection
